Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, Stephanie Cosmetics does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy is in place to maintain product safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by customer
• Shipping delays beyond our control

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a resolution if applicable.
